My Story

For years, I believed my voice didn’t matter.

As a young man, I struggled with confidence and communication. I was painfully shy and once heard words that stayed with me for years: “You’ll never get anywhere because you mumble.” For a long time, I believed that.

But life taught me something powerful: potential is often hidden long before it becomes visible.

Just like an acorn does not look like an oak tree, growth happens in stages. It requires the right environment, discipline, patience, and a willingness to trust the process.

That truth changed my life.

Today, as a keynote speaker, author, and Chief Growth Coach, I help people unlock the potential already planted within them through speaking, coaching, and The Acorn Activation Model™.

My mission is simple: to help people stop measuring themselves by comparison and start growing with purpose.
