Gary Chapman is a Potential Development Strategist, keynote speaker, and author dedicated to helping people recognize the potential already within them and intentionally develop it. He is the creator of the Acorn Activation Model™, a practical framework built around four essential elements of development: Potential, Environment, Discipline, and Patience. Through his signature Acorn Activation Model™, Gary has built his message around a simple truth: an acorn may look small on the outside, but it already carries the potential of the oak within.
